  1. 2 cupswheat flour
  2. 1 cupyellow malai flour
  3. 1 cupbesan
  4. 1 cupchopped onions
  5. 1 tbspchopped coriander
  6. 1 tbspchopped methi leaves
  7. 1 tbsp methi sambhar (achar masala)
  8. 1/2 tbsp ajwain
  9. 1/2 tsp jeera
  10. to tastesalt
  11. 3 tbspoil

    Chop onions, coriander and methi.Ina bug bowl mix all 3 flours.Add onions and coriander and methi.

    Add all dry masala, oil and with water knead soft dough

    Make small balls and roll it into roti.use rice flour as dusting ti roll roti.It gives crispness to roti. Roast roti on tawa using oil on medium to high flame.Your yummy missi roti is ready to serve.

    Serve it with green chutney and bundi raita
