Ingredients

  1. 3/4 lbsdry black beans
  2. Water
  3. 1/2onion large chop

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse and sort beans. Cover with 1 inch water and steam in instant pot for 1 min

  2. 2

    Drain and rinse and second cook with 2 1/4 cups water and onions. Cook in instant pot for 18 min, natural release. Season and use.
