Veg Grilled Sandwich with Curd

Take a mixing bowl, add all the veggies of stuffing.

Add hung curd, mix it well.

Now add salt & black pepper, mix it well. Keep aside.

Take 2 bread slices, spread some chutney over 1 slice & mayo over the other slice.

Fill one slice with stuffing, place the other slice over it.

Spread butter over one side, put it in the preheated electric griller with butter side down.

Spread butter over the upper side also.

Grill it till golden brown. Do not lock the griller or veggies will spill out.

Take out on a board or plate, cut diagonally into halves.

Serve it with sauce & chutney.
