1 sheetchina grass
1/2 cupsugar
1/4 tesp lemon juice
4 dropsStrawberry extract
few dropsRed bright colour

In water put the china grass sheet and let it dissolve.

When then sheet is dissolved put the pan on the stove and on medium flame cook the water till simmering.

When the water simmers add sugar and cook for 5 minutes.

When the syrup boiled then turn off flame and add strawberry extract and red bright color.

Mix well and let it cool abc come at room temperature. Then pour in any mould and let it set.

After the jelly set cut into squares or any shape and serve.
