For the puri mix together Sooji,aata,salt in a bowl add 1/4 cup hot water to this and mix to make a stiff dough.Cover the dough with a wet cloth.

Divide it into 4 equal parts and roll out one part into a thin rope.takr a piece and roll it between the palm flatten.it with the help of a rolling pin.Then use a cookie cutter to cut it.Heat oil in a Kadai and fry it.Fry all the puris.

Wash and soak black chana for 8 hours.Pressure cooker black chana with pinch of salt and a cup of water for 3 whistle.Drain water and keep Chana aside.Boil potatoes,peel skin,mash and keep aside.

In a bowl mashed potatoes,add 1/2 teaspoonbhaja red chilli powder,salt bhaja jeera powder,,chaat masala powder,black salt and black chick peas mix everything.

Tap the Panipuri at the centre lightly to make a half inch hole in it. Add about the potatoes chick pea filling into the Puri.
Fill the Puri with spicy tamarind water, green water,white water and serve.
