Ingredients

30 minutes to an hour to make
Probably 10-20 depending on Serving size
  • 24Eggs - Hardboiled
  • 1/2-1 poundcooked bacon(I use oscar myers precooked)
  • 1/2red onion sliced up
  • Diced up bread and butter pickles
  • Dukes Mayo
  • Spicy Brown Mustard
  • Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • paprika

Steps

30 minutes to an hour to make
  1. 1

    Bring eggs to boil and let sit for 10-12 minutes on hot burner

  2. 2

    Strain the water from the pan and run cold water over the eggs to cool them quickly and stop them from cooking further

  3. 3

    Peel eggs and cut up in mixing bowl

  4. 4

    Mix in ingredients

  5. 5

    ENJOY!
