Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cupsspinach (chopped)
  • 2 cupsonion (sliced)
  • 2 cupsbesan/ gram flour
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoonsrava
  • 2 tablespoonscurd
  • 1/8 teaspoonajwain/ Carom seeds
  • 1 teaspoonkasuri methi
  • 1 cupwater
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    In a bowl, take onion.

  2. 2

    Mix ½ of each besan, rava, and all other ingredients in it except spinach.

  3. 3

    Take another bowl and mix rest of the ingredients and spinach.

  4. 4

    Mix them really well. Fry all of it in small portion.

  5. 5

    Your onion spinach pakoras are ready. Serve it with chutney.
