Clean and wash coriander and mint leaves.

In a mixture jar add coriander,mint leaves,green chilli,salt, lemon juice and cumin powder. Grind it and strain it.

Now boil black chana and potatoes to make masala.

Make tangy chutney as per your choice(I use dates,jaggery and lemon juice for it)

Now it’s time to serve
