Boil potatoes for 10-15 minutes

Put potatoes in a baking tray, drizzle them with oil, salt and pepper.

Bake till soft inside but crispy outside. In a bowl mix mushroom sauce with boiling water. Add the sauce to your potatoes and enjoy hot.
