Serves 3 servings
  1. Hominy (as needed)
  2. 1egg
  3. Ground oats (as needed)
  4. 1little flour
  5. Tomato
  6. Cheese
  7. Zucchini

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mash the hominy and mix it with the flour, ground oats, and egg. Season to taste with oregano, salt, and other spices you like.

  2. 2

    Shape the mixture into squares and cook on a griddle or bake in the oven.

  3. 3

    Flip to brown the other side, then top with tomato and zucchini slices. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve.
