Bicol Express Bicol Express
Bicol Express is a popular dish in Bicol, one of the Province of the Philippines. And I made it a different taste than the original taste of Bicol Express.Instead of vegetables that are commonly used in bicol express. I put it on roasted eggplant. So the taste of my version of Bicol Express is creamy because of coconut milk that is used and has a smoked flavor because of roasted eggplant. FAMILY CHEF AXIL ROSE -
