1/2 cup Non dairy whipping cream
1/4cup Condensed milk
3 tsp Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Chocolate essence
as requiredSome Cocho chips (Optional)

First take chilled non dairy whipping cream in a bowl and whip it. For whipping you can refer my 'how to whip cream' tip.

How to whip cream

For ice cream whip cream to soft peaks. Now to that add 1/4 cup of condensed milk. I have used sweetened whip cream. But if you aur using unsweetened cream add 3/4 cup of condensed milk. Add any essence

Now add 3 tbsp of cocoa powder and using cut and fold method mix it with the whipped cream.

If the consistancy looks to thick you can add some milk (around 1/8 cup)

Now add chocho chips to the ice cream.

Pour ice cream in a tin and cover tin with aluminum foil. Let the ice cream freeze for around 6 hrs or overnight.

Our delicious ice cream is ready. I am serving it in an ice cream cone. You can serve it normally as well.

Scoop out ice cream and put it over cone. Now sprinkle some Chocho chips and drizzle chocolate sauce.

Tips

How to whip cream

Always take a non dairy whipping cream or heavy cream. Some brands of non dairy in india are tripolite, star whip etc. Don't use fresh cream of amul for making whipped cream.
