Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 1Onion Sliced
  • 1Tomato diced
  • 1boiled potato diced
  • Coriander and Green Chilli Chopped As required
  • Shan Masala As Required
  • Red Chillie powder As required
  • Black pepper powder as required
  • 1/2 kgYogurt
  • 1 packetShan Dahi Bara Mix
  • Oil For frying
  • Papri Optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Make bharays according to the instructions given on the packet and deep fry them.

  2. 2

    Soak them in lukewarm water for a while and then squeeze out the water from them

  3. 3

    Take a bowl, beat the yogurt to give it a medium consistency. Add shan masala,black pepper and red chilli powder and mix well.Set aside

  4. 4

    Now take another bowl.Put bharay in it,add potatoes,tomatoes and onions.

  5. 5

    Now add yogurt mixture,then add coriander and green chillies.

  6. 6

    You can sprinkle chat masala on it if you want.

  7. 7

    You can also add papri if you want to make the recipe crispier too.
