In a bowl mix the eggs with sugar

Transfer the bowl over a boiling water (double boiler) and keep whisking til it become lighter in color and reaches around 70C degree.. about 5-8 mins

Transfer the eggs mix to stand mixer (or you can use the hand mixure), add vanilla, and beat till the mix doubles in size and become foamy and fluffy

Now stiff in the flour and salt and fold in with a spatula gently to avoid the disruption of air foam

Transfer the mix into a piping bag, pipe on a baking sheet, each finger should be around 10 cm in length and 1.5 cm in width... keep around 3 cm between each finger

Dust the finger with powder sugar

On a preheated oven, bake on low/medium heat for 20 mins or till the fingers are golden brown and crispy
