Steps

Take paneer, onion, green chilli and coriander

Mix well and add salt, lal mirch and amchur

Take a bread slice, spread mixture on it

Cover it with another slice

Heat a non-stick pan, spread ghee on it, put bread on it

Flip it, cook both sides till golden brown abd cut into half
- 7
Serve it with tomato ketchup
