Steps

Take 1 big bowl mix together Matki and brown gram and wash it. Now take a cooker and put this -add 2 glasses of water,some salt, pinch of soda and boil it. After 4-5 whistles off the gas and let it cool down - take strainer and remove this.

Take a pan put oil when oil starts to heat add 2 dry red chili,curry leaves, spring onion, ginger-garlic- green chilies paste and saute it.

Now add pinch of turmeric, red chilli powder, Kala masala,goda masala and salt as per your taste mix it properly. Now add 2 glasses of hot water and boil it.

Now Misal is ready to eat. Serve with Misal farsan, chopped onions,, pav, papad and cool - cool sweet lassi.
