Add ghee in cooker add jeera green chilli garlic and ginger. Sauté till brown. Now add cut onions and sauté till brown. Now add all khada masala cloves Elaichi pepper cinnamon Elaichi bay leaves and sauté.

Now add all dry fruits pistachios almonds raisins kaju and add soaked rice. Add salt and water. Add 3 to 4 cups water.

Now cover the lid of the cooker cook till done. I am not used whistle.

Serve with curd raita.
