Ingredients

  1. 3-4 bread slices
  2. 1 bowlBesan /gram flour
  3. 1medium onion chopped
  4. 1green chilli chopped
  5. to taste Salt
  6. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  9. 1/2 tspkasoori methi
  10. as neededWater
  11. 2 cupOil

Cooking Instructions

    In big bowl add besan,,salt, chopped green chillies, chopped onions,red chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala, kasoori methi and water. Mix well and make batter. It should not be runny and nor thick.

    Heat tawa and add oil. Take bread slices and dip these slices in besan batter and put on tawa.Cook from both sides until golden brown.

    Serve with sauce and green chutney.
