Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsSpinach puree half cup
  2. 1 cupBesan
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. To tasteRed Chilli powder
  5. To tasteGreen chilli chopped
  6. as needed Oil for cooking
  7. 6Bread slices
  8. as neededFresh corianderchopped
  9. As neededWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl add besan, salt, red, chilli, dhaniya, gren chilli and mix well

  2. 2

    Now add spinach puree and water as required to make batter

  3. 3

    Cut bread slices into triangle or square

  4. 4

    Dip into batter

  5. 5

    And toast on tawa with ghee/oil
