Ingredients

  • 7 ozdark chocolate (about 200 g)
  • 1 cupcooked red beans, drained (about 250 g, canned)
  • 1/3 cuplight brown sugar (about 60 g)
  • 1 tablespoonmelted coconut oil
  • 3eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C).
    Blend the drained red beans with the brown sugar and melted coconut oil until smooth.

  2. 2

    Melt the chocolate and add it to the red bean mixture. Mix well.
    Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
    Pour the batter into a baking pan.
    Bake for 25 minutes.

    Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
