Take a bowl add 1 cup of besan, carrom seeds, salt to taste, turmeric powder, asafoetida, chili powder, 1/2 tsp of soda bi carbonate, 1 tsp of oil and add 5-6 tbsp of water and knead the dough

Then take 1 tsp of oil and grease the hand to make the dough proper and roll them

Cut them into 1/2 cm roundels press them with hand and make Gattas ready

Take a pan add 2-3 glass of water and add 1 tsp of oil and let it come to boil. Now add the gattas and let it boil for 15-20 minutes.

Now take a mixture jar add chopped tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger, green chilli and red chill powder and make a fine paste

Now take 3-4 tbsp of yogurt, add malwani masala, goda masala, red chill powder and salt and mix it into fine paste

Now take a kadhai, add 3.4 tbsp of oil, add whole red chilles, star anise, pepper corn, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafetida and let it crackle for 2 minutes

Once it crackles add grave and sauté till 3 minutes, and cover the khadai and let it cook at slow flame. Once the oil is separate then add mixed yogurt and mix well

Once both mixture gets mixed well and let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame

Cover it and let it cook till the oil is separated. Now strain the Gattas and add them to the gravy.

Mix the Gatta well and add the strained water in the gravy and mix well. Let it boil and thicken the gravy till the oil comes on the top.

Now serve with khoba roti, rice and salad
