First of all make tadka in pan then add chopped onion in it when onion become a transparent add tomato soute it for 5 minutes now add boiled potato pieces and again soute it now add Kanda lahsun masala salt as per test and garam masala in it and mixed well

Now add water and boil it after boiling add eggs in that curry keep it as it is don't make it so that eggs boiled as it is after 5 minutes you stir it keep curry on medium flame for next 5 minutes and then of the gas add coriander leaves your curry is ready to serve with roti chapati and rice.
