Ingredients

  1. 2 lbsPork Belly
  2. 1 cangarbanzo beans
  3. 1 canliver spread
  4. 2-3bell pepper
  5. 5large potatoes
  6. 3medium carrots
  7. 1 headgarlic
  8. 1onion
  9. 2 tbsppickles relish
  10. 1 cuptomato sauce
  11. 1 (8 oz)can tomato paste
  12. 2 tbsp.knorr chicken powder (or cubes)
  13. 2 tbsp.sugar
  14. 2 tsp.soy sauce
  15. 2 tsp.ground pepper
  16. salt (optional)
  17. 3-5 piecesbay leaf or laurel
  18. 4-5 cupswater for boiling
  19. 2 tbspcooking oil
  20. 5-8 piecesThai Chili (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil meat in high heat for 1-2 hours or until meat is soft. Save broth. Don't discard.

  2. 2

    Add oil in large wok. When oil is hot, add garlic and onions. When garlic and onions is translucent add meat. Pour about half of the meat broth that you saved when you boiled the meat.

  3. 3

    Add pepper, pickles relish, knorr chicken powder, sugar, tomato sauce, tomato paste, liver spread, soy sauce, bay leaf, garbanzo, potatoes, carrots, and bell peppers. Add more broth if desired.

    Let it boil for 20-30 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are cooked. (Optional) add a few pieces of Thai Chili for added spice.
