  1. 1/3 cupcooked rice I used basmati
  2. 1/2 cupyogurt
  3. 1 pinchcardamom powder
  4. 1 pinchcinnamon powder
  5. 1 tspsweetener of choice I used condens milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash the rice with a fork.

  2. 2

    Pour into a mason jar, close the lid and allow the pudding to rest for a couple of hours for the flavors to mingle.

  3. 3

    Garnish as you choicw Dig in with a spoon and enjoy!
