Steps

First wash the rice properly and soak for 20 mins

Chop Gobhi into big florets and keep it in warm water

Chop all other vegetables and keep ready

In a pan add oil and all the whole spices and let it splutter.. Then add ginger, garlic and onion and saute till translucent

Once the onion is done add tomatoes and cook, then add the all the powdered spices and mix well

Then add aloo and Gobhi and saute for 2-3 mins. Add water as required and let it come to boil

Then add rice and mix gently, finally add salt to taste and the magic masala give a quick mix and give 2-3 whistles

Allow the pressure to come down, open mix once and serve hot with raita of your choice
