I wanted to get on on the baked oats action, but I don’t eat eggs or dairy so here is a simple #vegan alternative 🌱

Mash the banana and stir in the milk.

In a seperate bowl mix together the oats, baking powder, salt and spices.

Lightly grease a small baking dish with the olive oil. Then mix together the wet and dry ingredients and pour into your dish.

Bake at 190 for 25 mins. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup before eating.
