Pour the semovita into a bowl, add in sugar, salt, yeast and mix thoroughly. Then add in warm water gradually and stir until a smooth batter is form. Cover and keep in a warm place. Allow it to rise.

When it rises, add in the baking powder and stir well. Place your non stick pan on a low heat, grease with oil and pour some batter into the pan, making sure it's thin like pancake.

Fry on medium heat till the top cakes. Fry only one side till golden brown. Then brush the top with oiled brush.

Repeat the same process for the remaining batter until it finishes.

Done and serve!
