Besan ke Laddu

In a wok, add sugar and water mix and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes. Now add 1 tbsp ghee and keep mixing for 1 minute.

Now move it to a cool surface and keep stirring for about 20 minutes to make a thick white puree

Now in a pan add ghee and add besan and cook on medium flame for 8 minutes until fragrant

Add yellow food color and mix continuously for 4 minutes. Sprinkle water and mix it and cook for 2 minutes

Move it to cool surface and keep stirring until cool down to a room temperature now add elaichi powder, almonds and and add sugar thick puree in that mixture and mix it for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now make a laddu and garnish it with nuts and coconut.
