  • 1/2 cupyoghurt
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 cupmilk
  • Ice as required

Steps

  1. 1

    In a blender, add all ingredients.

  2. 2

    Blend until smooth. Ice cubes can be added in this step, but I like to add them in the end.

  3. 3

    I do not consume much sugar, so I kept the measurement to 1 tbsp, but it can be varied.

  4. 4

    Serve chilled with ice. Enjoy!
