Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add in the dry ingredients and mix well,then add water gradually and mix until its become sticky for at list 4-5min

Cover and allow it to rise for 30min,after it's rise's, deflect the batter and mix until it's become sticky again

Then start frying in a dip hot oil by scooping using your hand or spoon, until golden brown

Allow to cool then coat with some cinnamon sugar or nuttela or condense milk glaze

Ma mom doesn't really like food with egg, so i almost make pancake without egg and add melted salted butter in it.. i like to use salted butter because i think it's greater than using butter and salt (: but if you want, you can use unsalted butter with salt.. just as you like. And yeah as I love nutella so I serve it with nutella and ma favorite cheese.. Low fat cheese seems perfect I think :)
