Dhaba Style Paneer is made with fresh vegetables and fresh spices. It is undoubtedly, one of the most popular main dishes of India that you can find in all the places.

Roughly chop 1 onion and 4 tomatoes. Put it in a pan with all whole spices, ginger, garlic and, cashew nuts and boil it. Put off the flame, cool the mixture and blend it smooth in a mixer or blender.

Heat oil in pan. Add cumin, green chilies and ginger garlic paste. Add one chopped onion. Sauté until onion turns brown. Add one chopped tomato. Cook, it it turns tender. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder,red chilli powder and the pureed mixture from step1.

Add salt and cook it covered for 15 min or until oil separates.

Add paneer cubes, kasuri methi and garam masala.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.and serve with tandoori roti or naan.
