Ingredients

  • 6large chicken legs
  • 2large onions into wedges
  • 1/2 lbmushrooms
  • 2-3 tbspoil to coat chicken
  • 2 tbspherb de province
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbsppepper
  • 1/2 tbspdried sage
  • 1 tbsponion powder
  • 1 tsppaprika

Steps

1hr 20mins
  1. 1

    Pre heat oven 180°c. Line a roasting pan add chicken, onions and mushrooms.

  2. 2

    Mix dry ingredients together
    Ciat chicken in oil then sprinkle on dry mixture.

    Cover with foil bake for 1 hour

    Remove cover bake for 15-20 mins remove and.....enjoy
