Firstly heat a kadhai add oil then add 1 tsp cumin seeds mix well then add chopped onions and minced garlic saute it well

After that add potatoes saute it well with onions and garlic, add salt and close the lid for 5 mins

Then add tomatoes,masalas 1tsp Coriander powder,half tsp turmeric powder

1tsp red Chilli powder,mix it well cook it on low flame at least 5-6mins

Then add chopped palak saute it well close the lid cook for 10mins after that add half tsp garam masala

Mix it well. It's ready
