Firstly with the help of fork,made evenly hole in egg then marinate the egg

With haldi and red Chilli powder and salt set aside for 10min

Heat a pan add 2tsp oil shallow fry the egg then remove from pan

In a same pan add 1bay leaf 1tsp haldi powder and 1tsp red Chilli powder then add 2chopped onion and garlic saute it well

Then add tomato puree mix it well add masalas 2tsp kitchen king,half tsp garam masala

Salt as per taste close the lid and cook for a while after that add eggs,some kasuri methi,3cup water again close the lid

After that turn off the gas,take off the egg curry in bowl and garnish with butter and kasuri methi
