  • 250 gmtomatoes
  • 1 teaspoonwheat flour
  • 4cloves
  • handfulcoriander leaves
  • 1potato
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tea spooncoriander powder
  • as neededOil
  • 2bay leaves
  • 1/4 tspGaram masalas

    First of all cut cuali flower in this way now heat oil deep fry all.

    Until it will little brown then take a kadai add oil.

    Add bay leaves cloves and power of cloves add tomatoes puri add wheat flour and masala mix it well cook them until it will leave the oil

    Add green chillies also now when this can leave the oil add fryied gobhi mix it.

    Covered it by lead to cook for 2 minutes to soft the cauliflower then open the cover mix it well then add 1/2 glass of water.

    Mix it cook 3,4 minutes on low flame off the flame garnish with coriander leaves sprinkle garam masala Shahi gobhi is ready to serve.
