Steps

Take rava, maida,sugar in a mixie jar.

Add salt, yeast and water and grind well.

Grind well and transfer to a bowl. Here I have made twice this recipe.

Lastly add little more water and make a flowing consistency.

Close and keep aside for 10-15 mins. By this time the batter will be risen. Small holes can be seen.

Grease a pan and pour ladle full batter. Just swirl a round, on medium heat let holes appear.

After a min close the lid and cook till done. similarly make all appams and its ready to relish with curries or chutneys.
