Steps

First, soak and boil peas

For tadka take some oil add mustard seeds, jeera, and chilli ginger paste add in peas ragda

Add mashed potato and dry masalas

Add Coriander leaves and water and boil for 10 minutes

For patties take boiled potatoes mash, add salt, ginger chilli paste and make tikkis pour them in cornflour and shallow fry with oil

Now for serving take a dish put tikkis, add ragda and sweet chutney

Add garlic chutney, onion

Add sev and serve
