Paneer tikka masala

Cut the paneer into small cubes or in any size you like

Take yougurd in a bowl and add salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala,mix well all the ingredients and make a smooth batter.

Add paneer cubes to yogurt and spices batter,and keep for 20-30 mins in refrigerator.

So while the paneer pieces are in the refrigerator, we will make the curry for the paneer tikka. Heat 1 tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Once hot add cinnamon stick, cumin seeds and elaichi cloves.

Once the seeds crackle, add the chopped onions and ginger garlic paste and kaju and cook till onion gets golden brown.

Once onions are done, add the tomatoes add the salt and sugar.Cook the tomatoes on medium flame till they are soft, around 6-7 minutes.

Take in another container and let it get cool.once it's done grind and make fine paste.

Take out the marinated paneer and roast it on a pan, you can use little oil or roast as it is.

In another pan heat butter and pour the purred tomato-onion mixture and add a cup of water.

Add salt,sugar, red hill powder and garam masala.

Add grated paneer.

Add paneer tikka and mix well.

Garnish with fresh cream and serve.
