Super easy and delicious! Got the idea from an online website. I thought it would be difficult to cut through the Nori since it’s wet, but it was surprisingly easy to cut. Yummy!! Served chilled.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. Spinach Nori Rolls
  2. 300 gchinese spinach
  3. 3large Nori sheets
  4. Sesame Miso Sauce
  5. 1 tbspsmiso (I used white shiro miso)
  6. 2 tbspwater (to dilute miso)
  7. 1 tsptoasted sesame oil
  8. Sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the sauce ingredients and set aside.

    Blanch Spinach for 5 mins till soft. Dump spinach in cold water and squeeze out as much water as possible.

  3. 3

    Lay Nori rolls flat and place spinach over. Roll into small rolls. Wait till Nori has soaked up some liquid before cutting.
