Super easy and delicious! Got the idea from an online website. I thought it would be difficult to cut through the Nori since it’s wet, but it was surprisingly easy to cut. Yummy!! Served chilled.

Cooking Instructions

Mix the sauce ingredients and set aside.
- 2
Blanch Spinach for 5 mins till soft. Dump spinach in cold water and squeeze out as much water as possible.
- 3
Lay Nori rolls flat and place spinach over. Roll into small rolls. Wait till Nori has soaked up some liquid before cutting.
