Brinjal Spinach Sabzi

Take a pan. Add oil, once oil is hot, add crushed garlic. Saute for some time. Add brinjals, masala and salt.

Cover it with finely chopped spinach. Cover it and cook it on low flame. Open after some time. Mix it gently. If you like dry subzi, then continue to cook for some time. We like this Subzi with slightly gravy. Serve with Roti or Bhakhari.
