Take 1&1/2kg Chicken pieces in a bowl.wash it cleanly..
Lets prepare the first mixture to make chicken tandoori.
Add 1Tea Spoon Red chilli powder & Required quantity of salt powder and pour the juices of two lemon in chicken pieces.masala mixture mix it well with chicken pieces and close the bowl lid and soak it for 10mins.

Let's prepare the second mixture to make chicken tandoori.
Milkymist Curd-300gram and then add 1Tea spoon Red chilli powder,1/2TeaSpoon Turmeric powder,1Teaspoon Pepper&Cumin powder and Required quantity of salt powder1/2Table spoon Redfood color and Juices of 2medium size lemon and Pour 3Tea spoon spoon Sun flower oil in chicken mixture. - 3
Masala mixture mix it well with chicken pieces.close the lid and soak it for minimum 2 or 3hours &maximum soak it for overnight and keep it in fridge.
Put a dosa tawa pan on gas stove.Add 2Cube Milkymist unsalted butter pieces and melt it after butter is hot and also add 1 or two teaspoon sun flower oil mix it with butter.Add some chicken pieces in dosa tawa pan in low flame.close the lid for 10mins.after open to see that. - 4
Turn the chicken pieces over one by one and cover the lid and roasted it for 10mins once again.after 10mins open it and roasted the chicken in medium flame.
Finally "Homemade Spicy Chicken Tandoori is ready.
