Ingredients

  • 1 Bowlboiled black chana
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2coriander powder
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • As per taste salt
  • 1/2 tspmitha soda
  • 2-3 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak black chickpeas overnight.

  2. 2

    In a pressure cooker add Black chickpeas, salt, mitha soda and water.

  3. 3

    Take a Kadai add oil, jeera, and add boiled black chickpeas.

  4. 4

    Now add salt, red chili powder, chaat masala, coriander powder mix it well.

  5. 5

    Black chickpeas are ready to serve to eat.
