Seriously Delicious Pizza Made from Scratch

I had a lot of cheddar cheese and wanted to make pizza from scratch. By just taking a little time, you can make homemade pizza. This has already become my go-to recipe and I've never bought pizza dough since.
More bread flour will result in a crispier texture and cake flour will result in a fluffier finish. Feel free to adjust to taste. Recipe by Kokoakukki-

Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk with cooking chopsticks.

Once it's begun to settle, put the dough onto a counter and knead it for about 10 minutes until smooth.

Allow dough to rise (30 minutes).

Separate into two portions and let sit for 15 minutes. Cover with a wrung cloth so that the dough doesn't dry out.

Flatten into 28 cm disks with rolling pin. Poke holes in the dough with a fork.

Top with whatever you like.

Bake in the oven at 190 - 200℃ for 15 - 20 minutes.
