Ingredients

5-6 servings
  • 1 cupheavy cream (Amul or similar) (about 240 ml)
  • 1/2 cupsweetened condensed milk (about 120 ml)
  • 2prepared sweet paan leaves, without catechu or hard betel nut
  • as neededGreen food coloring,

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    First, finely grind the paan leaves in a small blender jar.

    Add the paan paste to the heavy cream.

    Then add the sweetened condensed milk and green food coloring. Blend everything together on pulse mode 5-6 times until well mixed.

    Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for 10 hours.
