Boil the chicken adding ginger garlic paste, green chillies and salt.

Take oil in a vessel and add whole garam masala, half cup chopped carrots, beans and capccicum.
(Vegetables are optional and you can also add more as per your convenience) - 3
Sauté these for 2-5min.

Than add one bowl of chopped coriander and sauté for 2min.

Now add one bowl of chopped (finely diced) tomato and sauté for 2-5min.

Then add washed rice and add the cooked chicken with its broth.(you can separate the bones when adding it into the rice)

Add salt to taste. Also add one cup coconut milk to it then cook it till done.

Tip: while adding water keep.in mind to add less amount than usual because the coconut milk makes the rice more soggy.
