Mix the ingredients of kofta and makes small balls. Heat the oil, then fry these balls properly.

Take another pan- in oil, saute onion, cashew, tomato & all masalas. then grind it in a mixer grinder. then this paste is stirred well in the pan.

Then add some water &1teaspoon tomato ketchup. after that add kofta & garnish with fresh cream & coriander leaves.

Serve with fried rice or butter nun or roti.
