My family is not fond of Chinese food but if I skip soya sauce, it's always a treat. It's a good starter.

Take paneer and spread it. Sprinkle corn starch on it. After that sprinkle some salt and white pepper powder. Mix it well. Shallow fry it. Keep it aside. Same pan, I didn't add oil again, add crushed garlic, green chillies and ginger. Saute for some time.

Add onion and capsicum. Cook for some time. Add half spring onions. Saute everything for some time. Add paneer and mix it gently.

I dusted paneer with corn starch and white pepper powder. So after frying paneer, don't discard this. Add 2-3 tblspn water and mix it. Add this water to paneer chilli. Give a gentle stir. I didn't add salt again

Sprinkle rest of the spring onions. Mix it well. Serve hot.
