  • half kgChicken boneless in cubes
  • 3 tbspOil
  • Salt as required to taste
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspHaldi
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • Chopped green chilies and coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil, add chicken, G.G paste and gram masala powder. Fry till colour change.

  2. 2

    Now add half cup water, red chilli powder, haldi and chopped coriander and green chilies and cover with lid. As water dry and oil appeared

  3. 3

    Serve hot with Partha, Rita and Enjoy.
