Ingredients

  1. 2grated carrots
  2. 1 cupvanilla custard powder
  3. 1/4 cupsugar
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 2 tbspcashews tukda
  6. 1 tspcardamom powder
  7. 1 tspdry fruit powder
  8. 3 tbspghee
  9. 1 tspgreen trutti frutti
  10. 2 tspCorn flour

Cooking Instructions

    Wash,peel & grate carrot,blend in mixture with 1/2 cup water,sugar

    In a kadhai add blended carrot juice with sugar,add corn flour & custard powder,add 1/2 cup water mix well Turn on flame put a kadhai cook on medium flame stir continuesly.

    Stir the halwa till the mixture dries up add ghee stir continuesly,add cashews tukda, stir continuesly until it leaves the bottom of kadhai,after the halwa is cooked,add dry fruit powder & cardamom powder.mix it well, cook for 2 minutes.

    Now turn of flame.Take out in a mould,slightly press,put in plate.garnish with pistachios,& truttifrutti. yummy carrot halwa is ready.
