Carrot halwa
Mouth watering desert with colorful nuts.
Steps

In a pan take grated carrot and 4 tbsp ghee roast it for 20 mins in low flame.

Now after roasting carrot it melts to half quantity now add milk and let it boil for 15 mins in low flame.

Now add sugar,Cardamom powder,raisins,cashew nuts and let it boil for last 10 mins.
Keep stirring continuously to not let it get burn. Now serve with ice cream of your choice.
